Decepticon Underwater HQ Earth

[Blastwave]

Built around the undersea crash site of their former starship, Decepticon Headquarters served as the main base of operations for Megatron's troops on Earth. The base included several new buildings, and a docking tower, a giant telescoping "elevator" which allowed the Decepticons to reach the surface without having to get wet and risk getting rusty.

In the months after the Decepticons' new space cruiser crashed into the ocean, they built several buildings around it to serve as their main base.
Being located underwater, Decepticon Headquarters was quite prone to flooding; its walls were breached on at least four known occasions. The first was due to enemy action. The Decepticons had kidnapped Sparkplug Witwicky; in the process of rescuing him, Cliffjumper used his glass-gas to burn a hole in the base. Brawn later punched another hole in the wall before the Autobots made their escape.
When the Decepticons used the space bridge to move Cybertron to Earth's orbit, it caused massive natural disasters which the Decepticons hoped to make Energon with. Unfortunately, the space cruiser was damaged, with rocks from a nearby extension falling on the base and breaching the hull. Also, the docking tower snapped in half due to a tidal wave, flooding much of the base. That's what happens when Rumble is responsible for material acquisition.

The Decepticons spent some time repairing the damage and cleaning up the flooding.
When Carly allied herself with the Autobots, she took it upon herself to sabotage Decepticon Headquarters, placing bombs on the hull. Unfortunately, when it went off, she had been captured and placed in the very room that was being flooded. The Decepticons sealed off the rest of the base, keeping it dry, and left the human to drown, unaware that Ironhide rescued her.
Later, after the Sky Platform, a hovering energy collecting station built by the Constructicons, was lost, the Decepticons fled back to the space cruiser. However, Powerglide directed the station to sink directly above the space cruiser's location. Megatron ordered Soundwave to activate the base's force fields, only to learn that the Decepticons had never installed force fields. As the station came crashing down, Megatron assigned the Decepticons to their most difficult task to date...clean up the mess the station's impact had made of the base. They probably made Starscream do it.
It is unknown what happened to the base when the Decepticons fully conquered Cybertron and abandoned Earth.


After the attack on Autobot City Blastwave took retreat to the old underwater base and made it his new base of command.
Even this far away from Magnatron they're still under his rule, even though most of them are comploting against him.

[Blastwave]

Blastwave was sitting in the command center of the underwater base, in the bridge of the old ship.
Considering what to do next, now that he had gain a base of his own far away from Magnatron and with a group of Decepticon soldiers under his command.

"We need to get power to this place before we can do anything else" he said to himself and then called for Solar to come.

[Solar]

Solar came along with Jetblaze and Flamewing his seekers.
They bowed before Blastwave.
"Yes Lord Blastwave, what are your commands?" asked Solar, he hated working for Blastwave, Solar knows he's plotting against the mighty Lord Magnatron, but better be here and keep a optic on him and be ready to prove to Magnatron how loyal he is, and inform him if Blastwave does anything!

[Blastwave]

Blastwave looked at Solar and his companions Flamewing and Jetblaze for a secondt, he didn't trust those three, Jetblaze with his gambling problem Flamewing the pyromaniac and Solar that clearly wasn't one Blastwave could count on in overthrowing Magnatron, but he had to relay on them for now since he didn't have that many talented Decepticons at his dispolsel.

"I want you to go to the Geysers geothermal power plants in the Mayacamas Mountains in California, and convert some energy into energon cubes, so we have energy to work on my next plan. Take who ever you want for the job, just make sure it get's done!"

[Solar]

"Understod Lord Blastwave, I'll take my jets and Overtime to the Geysers geothermal power plants at once"
Solar and his seekers walked away to try and find Overtime, he was usally going over spme building plans in his quarters.
As they walked Solar started talking to the two seekers.
"Ha that fool, as soon as we get this heep of a headquaters up and running again, we will be able to contakt Cybertron and warn Lord Magnatron about Blastwave's plans to betray him!"

[Jetblaze]

Jetblaze is flipping a energon-coin in the air whille they're walking when he repleys to Solar: "Fine boss, just hope your not taking too much of a gamble with all this undercover stuff, we don't want to make another mistake like the last time!"

Jetblaze was tired of Solar wanting to betray Blastwave and Blastwave wanting to betray Magnatron and Magnatron just wanting to kill everyone! It was becoming too much for Jetblaze!
He just want's to get rich.

[Overtime]

Overtime was sitting in his quaters going over some plans with his mini-partners.

"Alright then, look here if we make a geothermal power plant we can power the base with the volkanic activity right under the sea floor!"

"Yes that's all good, but we'll need energy and parts that we don't have for it!" Remarked Blowout concerned, he like the plan but they didn't have the resources to do it.

"Ha we'll just go on a raid and steal all that we need!" said Crumbleblast, but the fact was that he didn't care about the plan he just wanted to go a raid!

"You know what Crumbleblast, that's actually a good idea for once! I'll go ask Blastwave about it right away!" said Overtime as he stud up and whent towards the door to leave when he heard Solar and the others comming, he decided to wait and see if they where comming to look for him.

[Solar]

"Mistake!?! I never make any mistakes! It was all acording to my plan!" He harsly barked back at Jetblaze for his remark.
Then came to Overtime's door and as they whent in they saw he was waiting for them.

"Oh hello Overtime, Blastwave has ordered us to go to the Geysers geothermal power plants in the Mayacamas Mountains in California to raid it for energy. And we'll need you to come along."

[Overtime]

"Aaah excellet, then I get the parts that I need for next project!" Overtime replied and then turned towards his mini-partners.

"Alright team we're going on a raid!"
And then all his mini-partners transformed and injected themselves back into him.

Overtime then turned back to Solar and the others.
"Okay then I'm ready if you are."

[Solar]

Solar, his seekers and Overtime whent to the left to take them to the sea surface and then they took of towards the Mayacamas Mountains in California.
