After the attack at Autobot City on Earth Blastwave retreated to the old underwater base of the Decepticons along with other Decepticons instead of going to Cybertron, maybe a good thing, since many wounded Decepticons were thrown out into space to drift because of overweight onboard the escape vessel.
Blastwave took over as commander od the underwater base and took control over the group of Decepticons that had followed him to this base.
He was angered that Magnatron was crown supreme commander over all Decepticons, a rank that Blastwave had wished for himself, so now he takes orders from Magnatron until the day where he can overthrow Magnatron and take the crown for himself.
Blastwave is very arrogant about his shooting-skills, he beleaves that he take-out pretty much any enermy just by shooting them with his weapons.
Weapons/Abilities:
-Blastwave’s shoulder-mounted particle accelerator cannon becomes the cannon of his alt-mode, he’s also armed with a plasma gatling gun and a photon grenade launcher.
-Blastwave's primary weapon is his particle accelerator cannon, mounted on his right shoulder, which can fire blasts of assorted types, including electrochemical energy and particle beams.
Weaknesses:
Blastwave is very arrogant and can get himself into a lot of trouple that he might not be able to handel.
