After the battle at Autobot City on Earth the Decepticons had to retreat and on the way from Earth to Cybertron they dumped the wounded and dead, Unicron found them drifting through space and picked them up and studied them.
He decided that he would use them to create his own race of transforming beings that would fight for him and destroy the Autobot Matrix of Leadership and the rest of Primus creations!
He dubbed his creations; Destructicons, beings filed with hate anger rage darkness and the will to destroy.
Destructicons have a more evil beastly and darker design than most other Cybertronians, with claws spikes and even fangs.
They all have the ability to fly while in robot-mode just like Decepticons, since they are made from Decepticons.
Most of them are completely black in color.
