The storyline takes place in the world of Ben 10.000 as seen in the Ben 10 series.
Ben Tennyson now a grown man, tries to make new Omnitrixes for a team of helpers he has gathered to take his place as Earths new protectors instead of him so he can spend more time with his family.
He and Azmuth and a scientist by the name of Dr. Donald Omlen worked together to try and make these new Omnitrixes but something went wrong and there was an explosion that cost the lives of Ben Tennyson and Azmuth, Dr. Omlen body was never found but he was presumed dead also, and the explosion also send out a energy-shockwave that transformed some people into hybrids of diffrent DNA samples stored in the Omnitrix. Lucky the experiment did bring some reward, 10 new Omnitrixes was created, but only able to give the user 5 aliens and these new Omnitrixes were also easier to produce more of.
So now the story goes on with the new Omni-Force keeping the Earth safe, and the battle between the Omni-Force and the evil Omni-Lords a group of people lead by a being calling himself Omnitrixter that wants to rule over the entire universe, with the power of Omnitrixes just like the ones the Omni-Force uses, no one knows how the Omni-lords got hold off the technology to create Omnitrixes.
